Southwark Wellbeing Hub is here to take the stress out of finding, choosing and receiving support for people in Southwark.
When people are worried about their mental wellbeing, it can be hard to know where to start. Sometimes it can feel like there are too many options to choose from, or alternatively, like there aren’t enough. It can be difficult for people to know exactly what kind of support they need, where to find it, and how to go about accessing it which our service helps with.
Southwark Wellbeing Hub provides information and support to anyone in Southwark who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The service is free and open to anyone who lives in Southwark or is registered with a Southwark GP and is run in partnership with Southwark Council’s Adult Social Care Mental Health Team.
